La Municipalidad de Rivadavia en un trabajo conjunto con el grupo Jardín continúa con la reforestación de la localidad de América. En esta oportunidad se colocaron más de medio de centenar de árboles. Casuarinas, cipreses, columnares, fresnos dorados, liquidámbares, aceres, entre otros variedades ya embellecen la ciudad cabecera del distrito.
