No sólo se puso en conocimiento de la autoridad la rotura del tapón en el Meridiano V por parte de operarios pampeanos, sino también la obstrucción a las obras por parte de la policía de esa provincia. Esta presentación se acumula al expediente por “incumplimiento de autoridad, violación de los deberes de funcionario público, estragos y lesiones”.
